The staff aren’t trained to know what’s actually gluten free

The menu has a lot of gf options, but the staff is not knowledgeable about them and things are consistently marked incorrectly on the menu. I have had issues every single time I’ve tried to get food from here. Don’t waste your time or your money here.
Everything is labeled on the menu and they had a lot of options
Their menu states what is NOT gluten free because so many things are, and it is all amazing and delicious. You can create your own bowl or pick an existing bowl. The atmosphere is great, the servers are knowledgeable, and I have been there three times in the almost 2 weeks they’ve been open.
