Very friendly, knowledgeable owner in this tiny, central Brugge vegetarian restaurant. We happened to see "glutenvrij" on the menu posted outside and thought we'd take a chance after *days* of travel in Belgium without any GF restaurant options. My celiac son (who is quite sensitive to cross contamination) had a delicious pasta, I had a wonderful flavorful coconut curry-rice - also gf but I'm not celiac so can't vouch for any cross-contamination. The owner asked immediately about how extreme his sensitivities were, and recommended against another GF option (which I now cannot recall!) due to the possibility of contamination on shared prep space. So she knew her glutenvrij!! My mom had a salad-y kind of meal - also gf, with gf bread available. Really pleasant respite from the tourist craziness here, and the first dinner I could convince my son to eat in a restaurant in a week of travel, and no regrets!
