Gf pizza is pretty tasty (certainly better than it looks) though not the best. Crust looks pretty bland but was a bit chewy like what I’d hope for. Toppings pretty tasty— good sauce! GF pizza crusts come pre-stretched in a tray and are cooked separately in that tray. I forgot to ask about using fresh sauce/utensils/toppings and worried but so far feeling fine, so I’m hopeful they were using the separate stuff without me mentioning.
Note: I did feel bad the next day, but suspect a different restaurant we hit while traveling. I haven’t gotten down the sequence of my glutenings so I can’t be sure.
