Delicious donuts, biscuits, bagels, and jumbo (yes, jumbo) cinnamon rolls. Oddly, the cakes are not very good, but the difficult stuff they get right. Everything on Saturday morning is self-serve and open air and it doesn’t sound like that’s changed since covid-19. I also got the impression from their social media that they weren’t taking the pandemic that seriously ...had an attitude along the lines of “we’ll be open until we’re forced to close” with seemingly minimal customer safety measures. It seems crazy to still have self serve at all right now. I haven’t been there since the pandemic started, sadly, since I’m in a vulnerable population and wasn’t convinced they were taking it seriously enough. :(

Hamburger buns and breads are absolutely delicious. The donuts are also tasty and the caramel pecan cinnamon roll was to die for. The cupcakes are hit and miss. Nothing to write home about, and a bit dry. Service is professional, but not exuberantly friendly.

Greasy crunchy donuts on Saturday but they soften up for a nice treat the following day. Great hamburger buns and lots of gf baked goods on Saturdays.

I was absolutely blown away by the selection, the customer service, and the delicious fresh baked goods Deby's had on offer. Unfortunately, I was only visiting or else I'd be here every Saturday. My first experience with fresh donuts and many of their other wonderful goods was world changing.

We stopped at Deby's Gluten Free to pick up supplies for a trip outside the city. We got a gf, egg free bread for sandwiches, a delicious blueberry pie, donuts and 3 different types of cookies. The bread is some of the best I have ever had that has neither eggs or gluten. It held together well and tasted amazing with our sandwiches that week. The cookies were also amazing. Everything was delicious and safe!

Was visiting from out of town and I am so glad I made the short drive from downtown. Had a nice selection of baked goods. Mostly everything is frozen, except for a few cookies and baked goods by the register. I was told Saturday was the day to go when all the tables get set up with fresh stuff. I chose a strawberry/chocolate covered donut and a cinnamon roll, along with variety of cookies. I ate the donut as soon as it defrosted and it was soooo amazingly delicious. I didn’t have the cinnamon roll until a day or 2 later, and it was so tasty and still had a very nice texture. I wish I was able to take more with me. In addition to baked goods, they sell flour, frozen breads and I think bagels. Can’t wait for my next trip to Colorado.

Absolutely loved the cinnamon donut holes and cinnamon roll! All allergens were marked with different colored papers - just ask the staff for more information. I needed to since I am allergic to coconut as well.

Best donuts and cinnamon rolls I’ve had since I found out I have celiac. Donuts are not the cake donut kind like you find everywhere else!! Pumpernickel bread is very good with a wonderful texture. This place is legit - so happy I found it!

I have been coming to Debbie's Gluten Free for over 10 years. i purchase the flour in bulk and buy baked good too. The service has always been great. This place dedicated gluten free. I recommend this place whenever I get a chance. The flower is excellent and reasonably priced. It's made for our high altitude baking and cooking. It can be substituted cup for cup. If you have question at about baking the owner is always ready to help and even teaches classes. I am so glad to know that with lots of people selling gluten free made in wheat environments that there is an option that has been trusted. Thank you Debbie's Gluten Free for the option where I can trust that my family can eat safely!

The only day there are fresh baked goods is Saturday. All other days the baked goods are frozen. I didn't realize this, so it was a little disappointing. That being said, still awesome that it's all GF and the donuts were good.

Deby's is my favorite place to go for a treat! Saturday mornings/afternoons you can find cream filled donuts that are to die for. The cinnamon rolls are delicious also! Last time we got the bacon and cheese bagel, cheesy garlic bread, 2 breakfast burritos, donuts and a muffin. All of it was amazing! We even had Debys make the donuts for our wedding. You rock!

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A MARKET, NOT A RESTAURANT. That being said, it is dedicated gluten free. Dry items (such as flour mixes) and prepared, frozen items are sold. The only day that freshly baked items are available is Saturday. I personally found the cookies and the sub sandwich bread to be drier than I like. The sandwich bread was also more crumbly and mealy than some of the others I've had.

The two reviews from 2/6 and 2/8 are very suspicious. they speak of getting sick from gluten (impossible in a GF facility) and they are close together and the only reviews the people have written. Those arw signs of false reviews likely paid for by a competetor that has an unrealistic amount of reviews all very close together. Here is the review I wrote over a year ago: I love this place and the owner is super helpful and supportive. I have been going here for over a year. If you go after 9:30 on Saturday mornings they have freshly baked pastries. the doughnuts and cinnamon rolls are amamzing!! I also love their breakfast sandwhiches. This is a family owned business that treats customers like family too.

The lady that was working there was not a nice person. As soon at I time get I was from the spring she became rude and was not into serving me at all or helping me find anything. The Italian bread was horrible its hard, stale and it has absolutely no flavor it is your typical gluten free dairy free nasty bread. I also decided to get the apple dainish and that at least had some flavor of apple and cinnamon other than the actual bread of the pastry was gross.

When I first got diagnosed we went to check it out. It was filthy. Filthy floors, grubby couches and the refrigerator and freezers where the food was stored were also dirty. The owner was very nice but overly confident that I was going to be a repeat client. I got my daughter a cookie because we promised a treat. She isn't gluten sensitive but she got sick (nauseated ) after eating it. Try "The Gluten Escape".

Deby's is not just a bakery! They have groceries, prepared dinners ready to go at all times and twice a month they have cooking classes where you can prepare 10 meals for 4 people to take home and enjoy for weeks. I am a busy working mom of two and finding Deby's has transformed my life.

Nice to have a local dedicated GF bakery! Because of this place, I could have a Thanksgiving with pie, stuffing, and green bean casserole onion toopings! A bit expensive, but most GF food is that way. They sell pizza crust too- I believe they supply Beau Jo's Pizza with GF crusts. The apple and pumpkin pie absolutely fooled my non-GF family. :)
