This place is amazing! It is dedicated gluten free and has so many amazing options!Their donuts are the best I’ve ever had. They also have frozen options and you can purchase gluten free flour mixes and noodles. Such an amazing experience!

I'm not sure Deby's Gluten Free understands basic hygiene and sanitation control, because their store is messier and more disorganized than an actual buffet. If you'd like flies swarming all over your cookies and bagels, and people touching all the food and putting it back, then maybe this is a great place to eat. Otherwise, I'm sorry to say but I lost my appetite the moment I walked in. I appreciate them doing a service to the celiac community, but that's about as far as it goes. They need to work on packaging their foods and selling it properly, not letting it air dry out in the middle of the store without utensils for picking things up and basic lack of cleanliness. I ordered a birthday cake for myself and it came in one of those tins they give you on an airplane, and it was around $25. (BTW it was awful, you can find much better cakes at King Soopers or Safeway).

I absolutely love this bakery!!! Saturday shopping is perfect for stocking up on bread, scones, pizza, and all sorts of delicious goodies. I haven't tried everything yet, but will!

First off, since it is not clearly stated- this is not a restaurant. They supply premade frozen gluten free meals and goods. Don’t head here expecting a bite to eat. Great options, pretty blah flavor. I’ve been to quite a few dedicated gf bakeries around the country lately and so far the ones around Denver have been some of the worst. There are very few things that are not obviously gluten free from the taste and texture. I did not try the premade meals, and they do look tasty. This place has some great options for the non-bakers among us like pie crusts, pizza crusts, and various breads. The staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Deby’s is a dedicated Gluten Free bakery, they also make it easy to know if there are other allergens in each baked good. Everything is delicious, from donuts to pies to bread and meals. Owners are there to help customers. Saturday has fresh baked goods, closed Sunday and Monday.

This place has the widest variety of not only gluten free breads, pastries and desserts but also pre-made meals like parm chicken, orange chicken and rice. They have a great variety of bagel flavors which is awesome! Mostly everything I've tried there has been great! I think I like some of the breads better than the gluten counterparts. The doughnuts are great also!

We’ve gotten to the point where most gluten-free bakeries are pretty close to the “real“ thing; I dare say Deby’s closes whatever gap is left. Stopped in last Saturday and there was a (fast-moving) line almost to the door; a couple ahead of me had come up from New Mexico “for this”. I’ve not had a donut this good in… maybe ever, but they completely nailed both taste and texture. I had a maple glazed donut and a cinnamon fry-bread, both freshly made, and both were absolutely delicious. Warm and thinly crispy on the outside, perfectly chewy on the inside. Writing this review (on a Sunday) actually makes me wish it was Saturday again… Also got a savory scone & a quiche, both likewise incredible, as well as a pumpkin coffee cake which, while packaged and not as fresh as the donuts, was also pretty great on its own. Obviously the place is totally gf, so no issues there. If you’ve never been, do yourself a favor and grab a fresh donut. I’ve been gluten-free for 12 years and seldom have food experiences like this .

Visiting Denver from out of town. Saw they had donuts on Saturday. On my way to airport stopped in and was amazed at the selection. 100% gluten free but also Color coded for other allergens. Very fair pricing. Delicious!!! I bought so much I'm trying to figure out how to get it home. Highly recommend if you're celiac, gluten intolerant or have other allergies (dairy).

I have been gluten free since 2014, as I have an allergy to wheat. There are many things in life I miss donuts, biscuits, bread are my top 3. I stopped into Deby’s after reading amazing reviews and I was seriously astounded. Not only do they have baked goods, they also have full fledged entrees, pasta and more I took a bite of my first donut and panicked as it tasted so much like the real thing. I have found my new haven and the one place that gives me some normalcy in my life. Thank you foe your amazing products and service. I will be back often.

We stopped in on a Saturday and I feel like I hit the jackpot. Everything is 100% gluten free. They had bagels, bread, buns, donuts, meals just to name a few. I tasted a buttermilk biscuit and it was every bit as good as a full gluten biscuit.

I was super excited to find this place! I just moved to Denver and I have been looking for a good gf bakery. I got the pizza and a cinnamon roll! The pizza was delicious, really great crust! So glad to find a safe pizza to eat at home that’s not gross cauliflower crust.I am excited to try the cinnamon roll, I know it won’t disappoint.

Gf, but cavalier about other food allergies. I was talking to the woman at the counter, and mentioned I was also allergic to soy. She told me not to buy a product I was holding. I told her it was labeled soy free. She said she made it and it had soy in it. She did not seem particularly concerned about the mislabeling, just matter of fact.

The product said it included daiya brand fake cheese which is not soy based but it actually included some other kind of fake cheese. She told me about how great this soy fake cheese is. I decided not to buy anything.

We went twice while in town. Once on Saturday and once on a weekday. Saturday was really neat with all the donuts, muffins and bagels my family could pick from. It really is a lot of options, especially for gluten free. We went back on a weekday to buy more quiche and pizza pocket, they were our favorites! The quiche crust is absolutely amazing and the pizza pocket dough is just perfect. We ended up getting sandwich bread as well and it was delicious, very soft and light. We were able to talk to Deby who was a wealth of knowledge for gluten free baking. She helped me pick out which flours to use for which recipes and how to modify for baking in Florida and for a corn allergy. She also helped me box everything up so I could bring it on the airplane later that day. Such a great experience! I highly recommend.

Go there on Saturday morning for fresh doughnuts and bread! Amazing sourdough loafs, everything I've gotten from here has been fantastic

Woooooooow this place is celiac heaven. Definitely recommend coming on Saturdays - it was like Christmas but you get to choose your own delicious presents. It’s worth driving here if you’re on vacation. AMAZING!

Amazing cinnamon rolls! Love the Italian French bread loaves. Good dinner rolls. Donuts are delicious. You really cannot go wrong here. Go on a Saturday when everything fresh is out - you won’t regret it!

Just wanted to comment on their COVID measures as another reviewer acted like they weren’t taking it seriously. I am a regular at Deby’s and they have the best gluten free baked goods you will find anywhere (huge selection)! They have taken similar measures to other food establishments and have done a great job facilitating a safe environment. They only allow 8 people in the bakery at a time. You have to wear a mask, use hand sanitizer, and use your own set of sterilized tongs the whole time. They’ve spread out their tables so there’s plenty of space to gather the items you want. It’s definitely safer than the grocery store. I know they would also gather an order for pickup if you were extra concerned. So please go and support Deby’s, they are amazing.

The menu is impressive! A lot of products. Well, First thing you need to know is that everything is frozen. No big thing considering that You will find a lot of pastries options and gluten free food like quiche, pizza pocket, burritos, etc. Also you will find different types of mixes. The person who assisted us was really helpful.

Delicious donuts, biscuits, bagels, and jumbo (yes, jumbo) cinnamon rolls. Oddly, the cakes are not very good, but the difficult stuff they get right. Everything on Saturday morning is self-serve and open air and it doesn’t sound like that’s changed since covid-19. I also got the impression from their social media that they weren’t taking the pandemic that seriously ...had an attitude along the lines of “we’ll be open until we’re forced to close” with seemingly minimal customer safety measures. It seems crazy to still have self serve at all right now. I haven’t been there since the pandemic started, sadly, since I’m in a vulnerable population and wasn’t convinced they were taking it seriously enough. :(

Hamburger buns and breads are absolutely delicious. The donuts are also tasty and the caramel pecan cinnamon roll was to die for. The cupcakes are hit and miss. Nothing to write home about, and a bit dry. Service is professional, but not exuberantly friendly.
