I was intrigued when I saw gluten free rolls on their menu. Haven't been able to eat at a deli in a long time so I wanted to give it a try. I was a little nervous when we arrived as I saw all the sandwiches being prepped on the same surface. But I was very upfront about my gluten "allergy". I asked about prepping on a clean surface, switching gloves, etc. They knew their stuff and were extremely accommodating. My sandwich was fantastic!! And I did not get sick at all!! We will definitely be returning soon! Their fries are a no go as they are fried with breaded items. But the GF subs are so huge you don't need a side of fries :)
