Every time I am in Tucson to visit my son who attends U of A, we visit dedicated. They have a wonderful selection of baked goods and delicious sandwiches that I know are safe for me as someone with celiac disease. I got to chat with the owner this visit and she is lovely - so knowledgeable and responsive to what her customers want or need. Definitely make a stop at dedicated and be sure to get some goodies to go!

My husband ordered a birthday cake from Dedicated for me while we were visiting Tucson. They delivered to our hotel. GF and dairy free. No reactions. The cake was very good. The icing was a little thick and sugary but still good. Decorations were very cute. Lots of flavor options although I’m easy to please and had chocolate.

Ate here on our trip to Tucson and went back 4 times for more. I got tons of sandwiches to hold me over with my non-celiac family as we went out on our adventures. The vegan eclipse breakfast sandwich was my favorite. The rice paper bacon was the best vegan bacon I have ever eaten! My meat eating boyfriend took a bite of my sandwich and actually thought it was real bacon. Their bread is also amazing! So soft and springy I ended up getting a loaf to bring home in my suitcase.

We’re from out of town and we come to visit our son and his girlfriend which introduced us to this place. Now we come here every time we’re in town! It’s my favorite for breakfast! The breads are amazing!! I’m not a sweet tooth person but the cinnamon rolls are to die for!!! We also have them bring me food when they come home! There are no gluten free restaurants where we live much less dedicated so this is a blessing for me! I have celiac disease and super sensitive!

We believe it is safe to eat here. We had lunch. The baked goods were good. We were not impressed with the sandwiches. The flavor was good the bread was good but there wasn't any restaurant quality food. The ham sandwich was just a piece of ham with lettuce on a roll. It was not cooked just a cold piece of ham.

3 stars because 95% of what is here is made with Oats/Oat Flour/Oat Milk. The sandwiches are delicious and the cinnamon pull aparts were dry. Gourmet Girls is better for Oat free goodies.

Chocolate chip scone 7/10 soft and moist, very plain.

Rosemary bread 10/10 not soft, but very tasty.

Iced vanilla latte was dang delicious!

The cakes in the fridge looked AMAZING but I wasn’t feeling it that day- highly recommend you go with Boston cream or tiramisu looking ones :)

We discovered dedicated a few years ago when driving through Tucson, and we now will drive down from Phoenix just to visit this wonderful place & stock up. The dinner rolls are out of this world as are the sammiches. They also do gorgeous custom cakes and are always creating something fun in the bakery. Follow them on instagram for all the current offerings. Fantastic food & even better people.

To be honest, dedicated it not my favorite. i continuously try to give it another chance and am always disappointed. Whether it’s their slow service, dry pastries or hygiene issues. I had better gluten free pastries when I was first diagnosed with Celiac over 10 years ago. I want to supported a “dedicated” facility, but I’m continuously unimpressed with their food. Their layout and the way you order often feels very confusing and disorganized. Pretty disappointing. I’ve had a couple good items here but honestly, it’s usually a miss. On a positive note, their take home items (bread) aren’t bad.

I ordered ahead for some sourdough rolls. The rolls were really good, and that's coming from a mom who just had to switch over the household for my son, who was recently diagnosed. When I took my son with me to pick up the rolls, he picked out a cupcake. Have to say, not impressed with either the taste or dryness of the cupcake. I'm willing to try another kind, in the hope that it was just a fluke. I do look forward to trying their sandwiches and other breads, though. And, my son did not seem to have any issues from either the rolls or cupcake. (He's under 5, so he can only communicate so much.)

This was our first time here and we really enjoyed our sandwiches, the club and the ny new York. I'm looking forward to trying all the baked goodie we bought. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However it wasn't until I left that I remembered that when I looked them up it said that they had pizza and pasta and I did not see it in the menu. Wish I had remembered to ask about that.

As a gluten free snob and cook myself, I will only eat the best tasting and made products. IE I avoid them when the first or second ingredient is sugar. While in Tucson during the stay at home order I called ahead to order the rosemary bread, some Cookies, a cupcake and cinnamon pull aparts for treats. They were lucious and I so appreciated Rebecca, the owner, confirming to me that all could be apportioned and frozen for eating later. They could not have been nicer, the bread was still warm and it was the best gf sourdough I’ve ever eaten and rivaled some of the best nongf sourdough I’ve eaten as well. If you’re a serious bread person, or bread baker and want someone else’s loaf, this is the best place to go. When I leave I hope they’ll ship frozen loaves! They do sell mixes too.
