Gluten free pancakes and English muffins are available off menu- been there three times, always good service and good food.
They have gluten-free pancake mix off menu. I asked that they clean the griddle before making my breakfast (not sure if they have any cross contamination procedures, small mom and pop shop). Super friendly and accommodating, did not get sick from eating here. Sebring doesn’t have many GF options.
No items listed as gluten free but they take proper precautions and also have pancakes and waffles make with a gluten free mix. Not sure I would trust a shared waffle iron, but I didn’t ask because I ended up getting pancakes and bacon. The mix has sprinkles in it, so that threw me off. Food was pretty good and service was okay.

While Dee's Place doesn't have a printed gluten free menu, the staff and cooks are all very knowledgeable and will make recommendations and accommodations. They also stock gluten free pancake and waffle mix. I eat here weekly and never have any issues.
