Del Gardos makes gourmet cannolis. The owner/chef purchased gluten free cannoli shells. He only makes the gluten free ones to order while you’re there. Most of the flavors he makes (4 different flavors each weekend) can be made gluten free. I haven’t had cannolis since I was diagnosed and these made me cry tears of joy once I had them. They’re fantastic and don’t have that obvious gluten free feel/taste that some desserts have. I’ve gone 3 weekends in a row to get cannolis.
