Wonderful staff! Easy to order, great soft corn tortillas - a very nice surprise in the middle of the open road!

Del's is one of the few places in the area that's able to accommodate gluten free requests. very nice staff and the cooks are happy to accommodate. Breakfast is your best option, but there are a few things you can have otherwise.

Didn't have a ton in the way of options, however, the waitress was familiar with gluten intolerance and allergies. She let me know they make the potatoes each morning which they get from the field and wash, peel and cook in soybean oil and nothing else. I wouldn't recommend if you're worried about cross contamination. We happened to be the first people ordering so the grill has not had any bread or wheat items on it yet. It is the only place in town that offers food that can be made gluten free though. You can choose from the breakfast meats, have eggs and the hash browns.
