Demos'

I had the bacon wrapped (or topped rather) beef filet! It had good flavor and was perfectly tender. Morning sickness got in the way of finishing it, but my husband had no problems polishing it off for me! I also had a salad with Greek dressing which was good, and the gluten free spaghetti with Alfredo. It was very good and I haven’t had any reaction and it’s 24 hours later.

Had the GF chicken chili nachos (safe as the chips are not fried). Portion says big enough for 2 to share, though they are smaller than I thought. Had the GF bacon wrapped filet, baked potato, and salad ($14.99!). Very reasonably priced compared to most other places in the dtown Nashville area. Server Shaquille was nice :) nice little family restaurant.

Had an entire GF menu. My bacon wrapped filet was to die for. Got a baked potato with sour cream and butter on the side. Staff was amazing handling my food. I did not get sick.

BEST steak ever is the Bacon wrapped filet - I plan all my trips near Murfreesboro/Nashville around eating at Demos'!

The waitress gave me a gluten free menu, but brought out hot bread... She asked if I would like ketchup, I said yes, but she never brought it. The chicken was thin and hard. Not pleased with the service or food.

Designated gluten free menu with salads, steaks, seafood, etc. My feta & steak salad was yummy and rather inexpensive for dinner.

Wonderful selection of GF items. I actually had an appetizer, chicken chili nachos!! The sirloin and hash browns were amazing!! We will be back before the weekends over. And for sure every trip back to Nashville!

I had the chicken chili nachos without cheese and sour cream, as I can't eat dairy either. This was good, but I had hoped for gf pasta. There isn't any gf pasta on the menu, otherwise I would have probably given them 5 stars.

What a pleasant surprise! My only regret is that I discovered Demos' on my last day in town. They have many options on their GF menu... Not just pasta. I had the chili chicken nacho appetizer. Looking forward to my return visit in the future. Highly recommended.

Even though this is technically a place known for its pasta and bread, they have a pretty extensive menu, including a dedicated gluten-free menu. I had the chicken salad, which comes on half a pineapple! They also had nachos, stuffed baked potatoes, and several chicken dishes, all gluten-free.

Dedicated GF Menu. Wait staff was fairly knowledgeable. I ordered hamburger steak w/o au juis (came with au juis anyhow). Salad wasn't that good. Mostly lettuce/carrots and came on saucer. Food was fairly decent. Overall, not too bad. Just depends what you order.

Came here for dinner while on vacation and had an awesome experience, ended up going the next day for lunch. The servers were friendly and more than accommodating. Food was really good and the gluten free menu had a good selection! Felt very safe eating here and had no reaction! Loved it!

Nice restaurant. GF menu. Moderately extensive (for a GF menu), but no GF bread. We went for lunch. The prices were reasonable except, I ordered Shrimp Scampi and it was $19.99. My family's lunch was under $10 per entrée. Bottom line:The service was fast, the food was good and the prices were reasonable. So so good- no adverse effects. I would visit there again.

2nd time ordering here that they have put bread on top of my food. They also tried to serve me the soup which has gluten in it. Little to no training for employees on gluten free precautions.

They have a gf menu! And LOTS of options!The soup and bread are unfortunately no goes. But luckily there are so many other options, I didnt even feel like I was missing out!

Has a gluten free menu. I order grilled chicken tenders, hasbrowns, and grilled zucchini. My daughter and I love the grilled zucchini. Their specialty soup is NOT GF. Neither are their rolls, but they offer a salad you can choose instead of soup. The salad is very basic. Lettuce and dressing of choice. Always delicious food. Since covid, there have been some staffing issues, so go with patience. Demos is a popular local spot!
