Denali Park Salmon Bake

gf buns, but questionably marked gf items, like salmon w soy sauce marked gf. also, no substitutions allowed for any sides. be wary of anything not obviously gf. as an update, salmon was mushy and drowning in cream sauce.

This is not very good food. The restaurant is gross on the inside. My son and I had the seafood Cobb and my daughter had the fajitas. The salad was mainly blue cheese, and toppings. The fajitas were four shrimp and maybe a half cup vegetables. Do not eat here. We are all not feel well.

Server was excellent. Be careful with sides when ordering. For example, the king salmon is GF, but the smashed potatoes are not. Food was excellent. Had the halibut burger and my son had the McKinley burger. GF bun was very good.

they have a great gluten bun. server was awesome and knowledgeable regarding gluten free options. they share a fryer so you need a salad or veggies. even gluten. free torte!

GF buns are good and I could have the Denali Elk burger which was delicious! FF are not GF and I had a side salad. Never add that. I forgot how expensive fresh greens are around here. Should have had slaw. Waiter knowledgeable and everyone liked their food

Salmon Bake denotes their gluten-free options on their menu. All of the hamburgers and sandwiches can be made gluten-free with a gluten-free bun. The French fries are unfortunately fried in a common fryer so I ordered mashed potatoes instead. The staff was very helpful in communicating my gluten-free diet to the kitchen staff. The food was excellent!
