I got a custom omelet and substituted fruit for hash browns just because i didn’t want to risk it. I declined the GF English muffin because it is toasted on the same equipment as regular bread. The omelet was good and I didn’t get sick.
GF items are well marked on the menu. I got an omelette. no GF options for pancakes/waffles. they have GF english muffin and it is toasted in same toaster, but if you tell them you have celiac/gluten allergy they’ll cook it on a separate pan.

Absolutely amazing. I had a far drive and I have celiac so finding food is very hard. I found out that Dennys has gluten free options. I told them that I had an allergy and they accommodated for me. They don’t have gluten free buns, but I just ask for a burger without the bun. They told me that the fries are also made in a dedicated frier. I did not experience any symptoms after eating here. I’ve eaten here multiple times and haven’t had any problems. I am also very sensitive to gluten as my skin even reacts. Make sure to talk to your waiter and specify the severity of your allergy. Specify to them that it is an allergy not just a sensitivity/preference.
They no longer have GF English muffins. No GF bread or buns any more either. Everything labels GF and server understood celiac requirements. Eggs, hash browns, bacon and fruit. It'll do.
Lots of selection of gluten free options
I hate to leave this negative review. When I normally get a to-go order in the evening, the waitress and manager always double-check my order. They make sure my cheese is removed (I have a dairy allergy too.) and they remove any bread from my order.
I had a breakfast order today. I asked to have the cheese removed. Denny's used to serve gluten-free English muffins. I asked my waitress if they had any today. She replied that they did. I made my order. The cheese was on my plate and she gave me a normal English muffin. The waitress had an attitude when I politely asked her to remake my order. I also was not refunded for the gluten-free English muffin that I never received. I told the cashier what happened. She replied that they do not sell gluten-free English muffins anymore even though it was written on my receipt. I have been wheat/gluten/dairy-free for over a year and a half now. The longer I do not eat these foods, the worse my allergic reactions are when I am exposed to them. I wish the workers today took my allergies as seriously as the other workers at this establishment previously have.
No GF anything. Don’t waster your time stopping.
