I was very satisfied that Melody and the manager Brian took the task of making my breakfast gluten free. Melody made sure that they grilled my gluten free English muffin on a section of the grill that was unused instead of toasting it in the common toaster. They made sure to use fresh cracked eggs and not the prepared egg mixture. Be sure to emphasize the importance of separation and you will be fine eating here with sensitivities. Celiac would be risky due to cross contamination in the kitchen as it is not a dedicated facility.
