Macarons are (as long as they’re made correctly) gluten free because of the almond flour. I asked to make sure that there wasn’t any other flour used as well. She has a video every morning of what desserts she has available for the day. There are always at least 6 different macaron flavors along with creme brûlée and meringues. When I went in one of the flavors was birthday cake, so I asked if that one was also gluten free. The worker had to go ask the owner but they buy special ingredients to make that one gluten free as well. I was so excited I bought 2 of every flavor, and a chocolate dipped meringue. Nothing hurt me and I completely fell in love with this shop. I can’t wait to taste all the flavors of Macarons she offers!
