Catering, hvor der er 100% styr på glutenfri og allergier. Stor fest med buffet (75 mennesker) med separat mad til mig (også kage og dessert) samt meget tydelig info om, hvad jeg kunne spise fra buffeten. God kommunikation ifm bestilling - flot håndteret og fantastisk lækker mad! Kan varmt anbefales.
