The food was so good! I had the rainbow trout with vegetable ragout and artichoke with aoli. For app I had sushi - no gluten free soy sauce though. Desert was creme brûlée and the server brought me ice cream as a treat without the usual cookies in it.
Despite having a gluten-free menu, the staff is not at all knowledgeable about Celiac Disease. We reminded the waitress that we were ordering from the GF menu, but when she brought our food it had a huge chunk of bread plopped into the middle of the bowl. When we told her the kitchen would have to remake the dish, she looked at us like we had 3 heads. In addition, the Seafood Cioppino was just a few small pieces of seafood bathed in a bowl full of (what tasted like Ragu) tomato sauce. Not good.

This place is the best GF fine dining I have ever had. My wife and I go there whenever we can (it's not a place for kids). The food is absolutely phenomenal and the staff is extremely well trained. A must visit when in the Hershey area.
Yes
Good food, separate gluten free menu. Our server, Mallory was excellent. Had us speak to the chef directly about our concerns ( gluten and dairy). Would definitely return.

Always have a number of choices. Great selection and knowledgeable staff.
Yes
Good food, but I definitely got sick. They claimed to have a chef with awareness for Celiac, but apparently not.
