When I told them I was gluten-free, it was nearly two years ago and they were just starting with their GF options. The general manager came out to see me and it was obvious they were serious about offering options. Talk to your server and they should be knowledgeable about which items are safe, if it's not already listed on the menu.
Despite having a gluten-free menu, the staff is not at all knowledgeable about Celiac Disease. We reminded the waitress that we were ordering from the GF menu, but when she brought our food it had a huge chunk of bread plopped into the middle of the bowl. When we told her the kitchen would have to remake the dish, she looked at us like we had 3 heads. In addition, the Seafood Cioppino was just a few small pieces of seafood bathed in a bowl full of (what tasted like Ragu) tomato sauce. Not good.
This place is the best GF fine dining I have ever had. My wife and I go there whenever we can (it's not a place for kids). The food is absolutely phenomenal and the staff is extremely well trained. A must visit when in the Hershey area.
They have a gluten free menu, but keep the regular menu because the gf menu mostly has steak on it. I was able to order fish from the regular menu with gf sides. Nicely prepared food. Knowledgeable waitstaff.
This is one of the best restaurants in Central PA. Unfortunately, they don't note GF on their menu so you have ask your server for assistance. (Note: The fryer is NOT gf so don't choose the French fries.)
The food was so good! I had the rainbow trout with vegetable ragout and artichoke with aoli. For app I had sushi - no gluten free soy sauce though. Desert was creme brûlée and the server brought me ice cream as a treat without the usual cookies in it.
