This truck is fully gluten free at least that’s what they told my husband. I had their Carnitas, a little spicy, but good and no stomach trouble at all. This is a food truck, and it’s usually parked outside Blackrocks brewery. However if you look on their FB it lets you know their schedule.

Love this truck. Yes new owners but they clearly knew gluten free. We ate here several times with old owners and now with new owners. Great tacos and even a good gluten free cookie. You won’t be disappointed.

Dia de los tacos re opened in AUG 2020. New owners. They now serve flour tortillas so i would advise to be careful. When i called and asked if gluten free, the staff that answered the phone stated " I don't know.
