Meats are gf, so are the bbq sauces. Some have soy but not gluten. Several sides are gf.

This place does not understand cross contamination. I would not eat here if you are a celiac.
I can’t recommend Dickey’s BBQ Pit enough! From the moment I asked about gluten-free options, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and accommodated. They explained all the gluten-free options thoroughly and even offered to change gloves and use a fresh cut of meat to prevent cross-contamination.
All the meats and sauces are gluten-free, and many of the sides are as well, except for toast, mac & cheese, and fried items. I ordered the brisket plate with potato salad and baked potato casserole, and everything was absolutely fresh, flavorful, and most importantly, I didn’t get sick!
The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, which made the whole experience even better. It’s so rare to find a place that truly understands gluten-free needs, and Dickey’s BBQ Pit has definitely earned a spot as one of my “safe” go-to places. I’ll definitely be returning!
All meats and many sides are gluten-free. I ordered the three meat plate with brisket and ribs with a side of baked beans. When I said I had a "gluten allergy" the man immediately changed his gloves without my asking. I felt extremely comfortable enjoying my dinner.
Simple find for GF BBQ and brisket chili. Not a dedicated facility. Staff was very accommodating .
I explained that my daughter is celiac, and the guy behind the counter did not know what it was, but the guy next to him did, and explained that he just uses a different cutting board, a fresh knife, and fresh gloves, which he was willing to do. We ordered the jalapeno sausage, ribs, and a baked potato. Sausage was the tastiest. Seems safe. We looked at their allergen info online and chose our foods that way.
