They are not dedicated GF but they are very very careful if you ask. The only thing I have eaten from here is the pulled pork, chicken, and baked beans. It's tested free from gluten every time. Communication is key here they have a lot of bread in house!
Nima tested chicken pork and beef and all were safe. I have to ask them not to pack the bread with the meat. The sides have tested positive at times for gluten. Huge risk for cross contamination here.
They had no idea what we were talking about. They also kept messing up and when asked multiple times for no bread, they put bread on my tray. Their remedy was to just take it off.

This place said they couldn't help us get our gluten free food because the whole counter is covered in gluten and they didn't have time to help us. Would never go there again. "What do u want me to do about it" -guy we were ordering our food from.

Their pulled pork is magnificent! I have had their pulled pork potato and personally have not gotten sick from eating here the several times that I have gone.
I enjoyed Dicky's today. The staff was not knowledgeable about celiac, but the pit master called another manager and got fully briefed on the gluten safe options on their menu. The turkey was very good and I felt safe eating there. The pit master asked what to do to serve it safely. I explained the process and she followed every step.
Food was great, great side choices. Most of my questions were answered online before I even ordered, and yes. The staff seemed to be trained on cross contamination and are knowledgeable!
The girl at the register was helpful! I chose the loaded giant potato, fully loaded, topped with pulled pork! It was so good!
Allergen menu isn't even correct, so I wouldn't trust this place if you have celiac disease.
