I think DI’s are getting smarter and more accommodating. Server was confident and also double checked the gf list and with another, possibly the manager. She also changed her gloves and was the only one to handle our food. Everything was gluten free except the Mac and cheese and Farro and we were told the cook, prep and handling were all separated and safe. I enjoy the taste and quality of the food and would be pleased if we could count on DI’s in the future. Good food and so far seems safe. Thanks!
