I had lunch yesterday at their mission tx buffet. Today I had terrible abdominal pain, almost unbearable. Items are not marked GF at the buffet bar. I removed 1 bread crumb from a salad but ate the rest, so it was probable that or maybe the falafel has wheat flour or something else. They don't have any gf bread or dessert options.

Eaten here multiple times without any issues, and very much enjoyed the food. They also have leg of lamb if you request it. Everything is clearly labeled, including dairy. I’m not celiac, but am extremely sensitive to cross contamination, and had no problems.
I called this place from the Find Me GF app. I talked to two people on the phone and neither one had any idea what GF was on the phone. This place needs to be removed from the app!

I did not find anything that specified gluten free, just ingredients which do not guarantee to be safe for Celiacs!
The buffet is labeled for gluten free, dairy free and nut free. Lots of plant and meat options.
The gyro meat is gluten free! It’s behind the main buffet and you have to ask for it and they will slice some and then grill it for you. It’s the best meat option in my opinion, a combo of beef and lamb. Comes with the yogurt sauce on the same plate so be aware if you need it dairy free, although it is to the side.
For Covid they have the buffet sealed off and they serve the food that you want.
I liked trying many dishes so I would be sure to say just a little, otherwise they will give you a larger portion and then you won’t have room to try as many dishes. I like to get my cold salads first and then go back for hot food.

Great buffet with GF items clearly marked. Most of the staff is knowledgable as well.
Yes
Had gluten-free items clearly labeled. However, most of the gluten-free items were directly adjacent to items that contain gluten. I would say this place has made a good effort but mostly focused on those with the dietary preference, not people that need to avoid gluten because of celiac's
