We had an amazing waitress (Tina) she was personable, helpful and knowledgeable. She offered to tell the kitchen about my needs (NO gluten, dairy, pork, etc.). We had the cucumber salad, although good not what you might expect: chunky sliced cucumbers with a dressing, bok choy & green beans. Plus some fried rice. Although vegan/vegetarian/gluten free is marked the choices are very minimal and for the price I wouldn’t go again.
My hubby (who ate all meat, gluten, etc. 🤪) said it just wasn’t much to eat. Even though the table got a lot of small plates not enough for a 6’8 hardworking guy.

a lot of items are listed as gluten free, but upon asking the waiter, it’s not prepared gluten free at all - every fried item is cooked in the same wok as everything else, and there is no way for them to use a clean wok.
Same with the steamer for steamed items - it’s all in the steamer together, at the same time. Especially the bao buns, that could cause cross contamination issues.

The noodle appetizer was the only good thing. The options for GF are miniscule and the overall experience left much to be desired. Then add on the price tag and ouch (I did spend $800 on a meal at Mayfair Supper Club last night without batting an eye do the dollar amount is less important than the perceived value based on quality of did. Lets be real, PF changs and pei wei are better and about as trustworthy.

Gluten free item items marked on menu. I ordered take-out from the host and they took the extra measure of marking "gluten allergy" on ticket. I felt safe and have not gotten sick.
There also vegetarian and vegan options
