Did not have a GF menu and staff was unsure of gluten content in meats and sauces. Had to pass...

Only gf meat was chicken and it did not have good flavor. Beware grated cheese for baked potato. Only gf sides were beans and fritos. Ignorant of gf.

Their meats are gluten free and they make their own sauce that is gluten free as well. Most of their sides contain gluten but they do have corn on the cob and bagged chips that are gluten free. Also, they sell their BBQ meats by the pound if you want take out and you can add your own g-free sides. My daughter has celiac and has eaten at their restaurant with no side effects. She had the pulled pork with sauce and corn on the cob. We LOVE Dink's
