Dio’s is DELICIOUS, and a safe place to get gluten free food! Hoagies, French fries, quesadillas, burgers etc…

They do fries in a dedicated fryer AND they have gf cheese (the fake stuff has wheat sometimes) to make cheese fries. Cute atmosphere, indoor or outdoor seating. Really nice couple running it. Exactly the place you want on the Jersey Shore!

They understand Celia Disease! They have a dedicated fryer and gluten free menu! It’s a great place to get a cheesesteak, GF wrap or GF sandwich, salad and GF French fries! You can get a GF dessert item as well.

They have gluten free breakfast sandwiches, pancakes and sausage too!

I have ordered from here so many times and have never been disappointed. The food is delicious (think BEC 😋) and safe! This is a must stop if you’re gf (or not!) in LBI.

I have Celiac and this is my favorite place to go in LBI. Fantastic food and very nice and knowledgeable people run the place. Dedicated Fryer, plus other options. They ran out of gluten free wraps because I kept a coming back for more quesadillas. Wings were great. Fries are great. 10/10 go here

Owner's have family members with Celiac so they know what to do. Dedicated fryers, separate workspaces, and a total and complete care for their customers and their allergies. Nobody on the island is taking this much precaution. This business really does care about the community and especially those dealing with Celiac Disease.

Outstanding! I cannot say enough about Dio's. Someone on staff has celiac so they TOTALLY get it. Prep and cook gf food SEPARATE. Basic options BUT very good! Separate fryer and the fries were AMAZING. Was one of the most comfortable dining experiences I've had in over 3 years since being diagnosed.

Many people in the family have celiacs disease so they are extremely careful and have a separate grill and everything

They have a separate fryer, separate toaster etc - they get it!!

They can make breakfast sandwiches on GF bread and have GF fries and more!

The owners’ granddaughter has Celiac, so they know what they are doing. The staff was so friendly and kind, truly amazing service!
