Totally NOT a safe environment if you have Celiac Disease. Yes, the French Fries say gluten free BUT, they are fried with everything else! Several items are listed as gluten free on the menu, but they are cooked and prepared with everything else. So if you have celiac you may want to eat elsewhere.

Very pleased with our meal! We went early (around 4:30) and beat most of the dinner crowd, so no wait for a table.
Our server was very knowledgeable and careful. We ordered a couple of different "flights" of oysters (asked that the bread for those be brought separately so the non-celiacs could still enjoy the bread), Bayou "Wings", and a Trinity Platter. The younger kids got chicken nuggets and Chicken Alfredeaux, both served on take-home frisbees.
The kids also enjoyed their Shark Attack drinks, which are Shirley Temples. The cherry juice is inside a plastic shark stuck into the cup that you dunk upside down into the Sprite, making it turn red. The shark is yours to take home with you.
All in all a very enjoyable experience with delicious food and great staff. We will definitely add this to our list of favorite places in PCB.

The previous review, written 17 hours ago, is absolutely wrong. They do NOT have a GF fryer, some things are GF.
