Uh I went in yesterday and got sick.. after reading the other comments it seems like they didn’t cook my pizza separately and didn’t warn me of any cross contamination.. my stomach has not been ok since I ate there, which is so sad because the food was delicious.

Went in yesterday and they said they had no GF available. Disappointing as we'd travelled specifically there for GF pizza!
I just called and was told the GF food is NOT cooked separately and they can’t guarantee no CC.

The food was safe and good, and I wasn't sick, I would recommend it.

Visiting Boston with my daughter who is newly diagnosed with celiac. We needed a quick bite and stumbled across this gem. They have a separate oven for the GF pizza and the young man who took our order was attentive and understanding about our concerns for cross contamination. My daughter said it was the best GF pizza she has eaten thus far.

Dirty Water’s gluten-free crust is the perfect amount of crunchy, fluffy, and moist. It’s by-far the best I’ve ever had.

Sooo good! Dedicated oven and working space. It’s a good thing I’m an out of towner or I’d be addicted!

This pizza was quite good. The crust is thin but not cardboard or crackery like it can be at other places when they use premade, presumably frozen gf crusts. You can only get gf crust in the small size, so I presume these are premade. But good flavor and texture, and the small is enough for two servings. I have a wheat allergy and am not sensitive to cross contamination so didn’t inquire about preparation. I’d definitely eat here again when in town.

Excellent gf pizza! I had the steak and cola which had steak, caramelized onions, Gorgonzola cheese, and Mozz! The crust was very tasty, would come here all the time if I lived here!!!! Quaint place too.

Absolutely AMAZING GF pizza! All the freshest ingredients and a crust unlike any other! All sources for ingredients & toppings are listed on a blackboard up front. The pizza tastes like a cross between a thin Brazilian cheese bread and an Against the Grain pizza crust. SO delicious!!!

The best pizza and dough by far! Great flavor, dough wasn’t chewy( we all know how gummy they can get!) I’m pretty sensitive as far as celiac goes, and I had no side effects. Definitely going back!

Best gluten free pizza in Boston. Doesn’t deliver to where I live now and can not find pizza like dirty water. Can also do half and half!

Great crust and pizza. Excellent service in downtown. I highly recommend.

Best GF crust I’ve ever had in my life. I haven’t got sick from it but some people are more sensitive than others so I don’t want to say it’s 100% celiac friendly bc of cross contamination. However, they don’t have a warning and they say they are very careful. I love them and trust them.
The pizza was really tasty but unfortunately I got really sick later. Beware cross contamination here. I won’t be going back.

The gluten free veggie pizza was delicious. I have never had a gf pizza crust that I enjoyed before finding this place! I would highly recommend it and will be back if I am in the area again.

This pizza was excellent! They do use against the grain crust and bake gf pizzas in a separate, less-often-used oven on foil and separate special pans. Veggie pizza was delicious and served boiling hot! It was awesome and totally worth it.

My absolute favorite gf pizza. My non celiac friend actually likes their gf crust better than the regular kind.

I travel a lot and I am always looking for the best GF pizza in every city I visit. Dirty Water Dough Co is probably the best GF pizza I have found anywhere I have visited. Keste Pizza in NYC definitely has a better crust, but I can't get pepperoni there.
Dirty Water has the best combination of crust and toppings. The sauce is flavorful and they use quality cheese and pepperoni.
The cashier shared with me that the crust is from Against the Grain Gourmet, which I know is available at Whole Foods. I'm sure their high heat ovens contribute to the quality and taste of the crust, but I am looking forward to making my own pizzas on this crust with a pizza stone when I get home to Florida.
If you are in Boston and you love pizza, don't miss Dirty Water Dough Co.
My favorite gf pizza so far. Oh my! It's so yummy. It's the thickest gf crust I've ever had. Crust kind of reminds me of Greek pizza but a little fluffier. Buffalo chicken pizza is my favorite.
Best Pizza I have ever had..regardless that it is gf. I would choose it if I wasn't gf.

Fantastic pizza. Most GF is a crunchy thin crust, and while that's never an issue it was nice to see a more traditional crust. Tastes great. Easily the most pizza for your money. Box was heavy for a pizza.
Will make a personal 12" gluten free Pizza for an extra 3$. Cooked in same facility as the regular pizza, not celiac friendly but ok for those avoiding gluten. Needs clarification on handling processes.
