Their fryer has cross contamination which the person taking orders knew to ask me about. Regular menu is marked with vegan and gluten free options.

I had a business dinner at Dish Society. The menu had plenty of gluten-free options, and the meal I chose was excellent. Safe for celiacs!

Server was not confident about options and I had to have him go ask the kitchen, which was a little nerve-wracking. However, food was good and I didn’t get sick. Be Careful about menu items marked GF, they may need to be slightly modified (e.g. no tortilla strips on chicken bowl). Sister (also celiac) was with me and also did not get sick. They had an orange cider that was delicious.

The staff is very knowledgeable and especially when we asked if anything contain nuts. I had the house omelette with the gluten-free pancake and a Mimosa with cranberry juice. It was all so delicious. My sister had a build your own omelette with a gluten free pancake. They did tell us that the breakfast potatoes are fried in the same fryer as everything else so I wouldn’t try them if you have celiac. My sister had them in her omelette and shedidn’t have any problems but she is just gluten intolerant. I would definitely recommend.

Good variety of gluten free options
Had a brisket and sweet potato the first time. No issues at all. Trying either the pork belly hash or Chimichurri steak tacos for brunch. Excited!

Not sure about cross contamination...I had no problems...and the food choices we good. No gluten free bread but the pancakes are good. I liked it and will be back for sure
The first review is completely inaccurate! We drove over here expecting a variety of gf options and they only had pancakes and one other option. They do not avoid cross contamination as they use the same griddle for everything. NOT SAFE FOR CELIACS!!!
Virtually everything was gluten free (including gluten free pancakes) and the staff was very knowledgeable, accommodating and nice. We had breakfast which was probably the best restaurant breakfast we ever had.
Yes
I love DS overall but they recently ditched the GF pancakes indefinitely. Not sure why. I know a lot of people that would order them over the regular ones. We now have to find a new gf pancake restaurant. Good luck.

Though the menu and their website say gluten free, when I attempted to order anything gluten free for breakfast, they said that they have no gluten free pancakes or toast options, but that they could make any dish gluten free. I’m skeptical and a little disappointed.

Be careful with the GF pancakes. Used my new Nima sensor and found gluten with two separate visits and testing multiple pancakes. They were willing to make a new pancake and explained that their mix is made with corn and rice. Unfortunately, not gluten free. Such a bummer because it’s a great restaurant. Lots of other GF options but did not test these. Will try again with something other than GF pancakes.

The server and cook were not confident in what items were truly gluten free and how to prevent cross contamination. The cook said she wasn’t trying to poison me, such a weird thing to say and create an awkward situation. The cook also didn’t even know what items were marked gluten free on the menu and asked me? Very unsettling. The sangria was good but I did not end up getting any food.
