Dockside Torch Lake

My waiter was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND UNDERSTAND what celiac disease was. When talking to him I asked about gluten free and he first said do you have celiac disease and he went over what I could have. He then came back a couple minutes later with a binder of all the foods. That listed ingredients and listed if it was gluten free or not. That was very helpful. I got a dockside burger on a gluten free bun and also got the large taco salad with no sell.

Even with the "pandemic" going on they had gluten free buns, and the burger was delicious and huge!

While the staff are friendly and the location is amazing there is very little that can be modified on their menu to be gluten free. Really only two options 1. Pulled pork no bun and no sides 2. Hamburger no bun and no sides.

Did not have a gluten free menu, but was very willing to accommodate my wheat allergy. Food was good and staff appeared knowledgeable.
