Review of Dog & Bull Brew & Music

I am so sad to have to update my review for dog and bull. I used to travel an hour each way for my favorite burger and fries. Unfortunately they changed the fries which used to be amazing hand cut to freezer bagged fries. The staff mentioned this was done as a time saver but the management claimed it was customer demand. I don’t buy that. The new fries don’t compare to the old, and when I tried to provide my feedback to our server her response was “I know right? I keep hearing that, but they aren’t going to switch it back”. Additionally, I asked if the new fries themselves are gf (they have a shared fryer so I was specific) and was told they were definitely not GF. But they left them on the GF menu. That really sucks. I don’t know what happened with their approach to GF, but If I go I stick to salad.
