I only have an intolerance so cross contamination isn't a huge concern for me. I appreciate that they have a GF option, though it is only a small. The crust is thin and crunchy probably like the New York style (I preferred regular crust before The Change so I can't say for sure). Just wish they had bigger size options!
"Domino's® pizza made with a Gluten Free Crust is prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of gluten exposure. Therefore, Domino's® DOES NOT recommend this pizza for customers with celiac disease. Customers with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgment in consuming this pizza."
The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my mom’s celiac allergy. They opened a new bag of pepperoni, make the pizza on a clean surface far away from the other pizzas, and baked it on a sheet of parchment paper!
The staff did note that during busy times these accommodations may not be possible or guaranteed. We came at a slow time (12:30 pm on a Friday)
While this restaurant is not dedicated gluten-free, the staff’s dedication to helping us was awesome!
