Everything is GF on our menu, except: flour or wheat tortillas, any steak product (soy marinade), El Dorado Tacos (mahi-mahi has a soy-ginger glaze) & any offering with Mole' (has flour in the recipe). **We utilize a color-coded tong/knife/cutting board area for all of our proteins, which helps control cross-contamination.
