Don Pancho's Cantina Franklin

I’m not sure the waiter was very knowledgeable about the gluten-free needs, and therefore I’m not sure about cross contamination. My daughter is gluten intolerant, but non-celiac (yet) so I didn’t ask tons of questions, however their menu had quite a few options that seemed like good choices, the staff was super friendly so I feel like they would be accommodating and the food was FANTASTIC.
