We have eaten here a lot and as long as I order corn tortillas I'm good. They note allergies when ordering. I even eat the chips with no reaction but I'm not super sensitive to cross contamination.
Waiter not knowledgeable, but the host, who I think was the manager, told us they fry the chimichangas in the same fryer, so it is contaminated. They have corn tortillas (not fried). The street tacos were great.
Not only is the staff great but the food is so fresh. It’s a really good restaurant that happens to be GF friendly. We have been here a few times and our server has been knowledgeable about GF. I don’t know if they all are (we had the same guy twice). He said all you need to do is substitute flour tortillas for corn (which we all know). He said they have separate fryers for corn and flour so there shouldn’t be contamination. So far so good. Twice we’ve been and no problems at all.
