The food was okay, and my daughter did not get sick. The staff is not all that friendly and seemed really annoyed by my gluten questions. The website says they have certified gf pizza, but only if you bake it at home. I do not recommend dining in at this location for gf. May try the prepackaged version at some point.
I had such a great experience here despite the bad reviews. I told the front house lady that I had celiac disease and then it was like an allergy and she went back to the kitchen to make sure that they understood. After I ate, even though I don’t immediately feel sick, she came to check on me to make sure that everything was ok. Again great experience, just explain your needs
The “gluten free” pizza was very tasty! The only thing is cross contamination. The box has a warning posted on it that it was prepared and cooked in the same area as typical pizza. Wish I would have asked before I ordered.
Went here and there is a definite concern with cross contamination. I watched them change the box my pizza was in after garlic butter spilled on it and they were fumbling around with my pizza without changing gloves.
We have ordered a few times and have been very happy with their gluten free pizza. They are very good at identifying that your pizza is gluten free and even place a sticker stating gluten free on the outside of the pizza box when out for delivery.
Be careful!! We went in all excited about the GF pizzas mentioned on their website, but it turns out the Wooster location and many others, do NOT have GF crusts, nor always dairy free cheese. We were soooooo bummed. We can eat almost anywhere in Colorado, but Ohio is Severely Limited. Better try Basil if you're in Wooster, they are awesome with allergies!
Drove into town to visit my brother who delivers popular walking tours and has been a part of the community fighting to make Springfield better for 15 years. Was told that they wouldn’t deliver because we “live in the ghetto”. Awesome.
They used to do much better, but they switched out their gluten free crust and no longer prepare it as safely I think. We stopped going here a year ago because we got sick a few times. Delicious pizza, but not safe for celiac disease.
This is my go-to gluten free pizza. It’s always been consistently good. There doesn’t seem to be a way to order the gluten free pizza online, so I just call. The staff here vary in their knowledge of gluten sensitivity so when I order I usually just say it’s for an “allergy”
They use Udi’s pizza crust but it’s by far one of the best pizzas I’ve had. A lot of times I find GF pizza not cooked long enough to the point the toppings fall off or easily. This pizza was baked perfectly with a crunchy but soft crust and delicious toppings!!!
Excellent Gluten Free pizza. Safe to eat for celiacs and delicious. texture is good and not rubbery like a lot of GF pizza.
The staff has always been very friendly to me, and I’ve never had any issues eating here. Their gluten free pizza crust is decently sized and tastes delicious! The only reason I’m not giving them five stars is because there is a 100% guarantee that’s it completely gluten free due to the fact that it’s a shared kitchen. However, like I said, I’ve never had an issue.

I'm gluten intolerant so I can handle some cross contamination and Donato's gluten free crust is by far my favorite, it tastes just like regular pizza crust and I've never had a problem. They do have packaged frozen take home pizzas that are certified gluten free, as well.
I originally gave this a 5 star as it was really good but after about 2-3 hours I was throwing up and I am usually not as sensitive so it has to be really contaminated! I will not take the chance on this again 😞
Since the pizza is so good, we only have to buy one pizza. I have to eat gluten free or I am very sick. For my husband, he could choose anything on the menu, therefore it is a testament of how good the gluten free pizza is since he is willing to share a pizza with me. We have never had a bad gluten free pizza. (pepperoni, mushroom, double cheese is my favorite )
