I am from Pittsburgh and went up for the day to visit with my family today (3 of us are gluten free) and the food was wonderful! Staff was knowledgeable and even confirmed that we have an allergy on the order slip. Food was delicious and no one had any kind of reaction. Was very impressed for such a small area.
GF buns were available. Husband did not have a reaction to his meal there. Friendly service. Cute old-style 50’s diner. It’s located by the Shenango River- and we strolled around the area.
Similar to another reviewer, we stoped there after visiting Kranak’s Christmas display.
Partner asked if some meal was gluten free, and she was told yes. She received her food with country sauce, which has gluten in it.

We really enjoy this place. Super cute atmosphere and close to Kraynak’s seasonal displays. Never gotten sick and always love some safe fries!
Such a great diner! They have so many options to make gluten free and I felt very safe there. I had the Summer Lovin salad and the waitress explained that they didn’t add the candied pecans because, while they’re gluten free, they were near the regular toaster and they didn’t want to risk contamination. Their knowledge on cross contamination was great!
First time. Waitress stated they have a dedicated fryer and cooktop. Great 60s metal diner feel.
They are very knowledgeable, can do GF fries upon request, in separate fryer. GF buns for burgers. very good food! service is excellent and host and server had great knowledge on GF options. A wonderful experience!
I order online and they let me put all my allergies in an alert on the ticket. They have a dedicated fryer and I have had the food many times now with no gluten-ing!
Adding this as I sit here for the first time. They are knowledgeable and have assured me separate fryer, put allergy/celiac on order slip and explained what can be "made" to order GF. I have ordered The Hand Jive sandwich with Chili.
