No reaction with 2 nights of eating there. Just tell them gluten allergy and they went and looked up what was and wasn’t on the gluten free menu for me.
The food they had was amazing. Most of the food there was broiled seafood that was there. Never had a bad meal in 15 plus years of eating there.

Very GF friendly. Annotated menu with good, varied selections and knowledgeable staff.
After reading reviews on line some said there was a gluten free menu but there was no gluten free menu. Not a big selection of gluten free. All the soups even the ones that weren’t cream based contained gluten. I would not recommend this to anyone with gluten allergy.

This restaurant has a gluten-free menu. Any seafood broiled is gluten-free free, it is only cooked in butter and seasonings on a seperate platter. The crab cakes are gluten-free. Ate there twice and no issues with cross contamination.
I ordered grilled chicken, baked potato, and squash/zucchini vegetable side. Within an hour I had GI cramping and seemingly gluten exposure. Staff seemed to be familiar with term gluten free, however, there must have been some cross contamination in the kitchen.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Wide variety of options. I'm not huge on seafood but the crab cakes were good and the other members of my party enjoyed it a lot too. Vegetarian options are available.
Good broiled dinner. Waitress was friendly and helpful. I ate my first oyster here!

For picky, gluten free kids, Don's has a dedicated fryer for French fries and their homemade potato chips, which are delicious!
