I’m gluten allergic (cc sensitive but not celiac) I had no issues with their donuts. They were absolutely delicious and can’t tell that it’s gluten free. Can’t wait to go back!

Not GF. The said they don't do gluten free since the pandemic. I don't think they ever did. Even if it was GF it isn't no. Not safe for Ciliac.
My non GF family loves them, they are amazing for non sensitive people.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!
The donuts are NOT gluten free. They made me EXTREMELY sick. Someone in a local gf Facebook group had them tested and it was shown that they have an extremely high gluten content. They flat out lied about it.

Amazing. They taste like regular donuts. All of the donuts are gluten free, most are dairy free and egg free. They don’t guarantee there isn’t cross contamination, but I didn’t see anything that wasn’t gluten free on the menu.

They advertise GF donuts, which are made with wheat flour, so clearly not gluten free. The main lady will flat out lie to you and tell you they are gluten free but will not divulge any other information and plays the no English card when asked further questions. Many people have been made sick enough they had to go to the hospital. Please steer clear and head to other verified safe donut joints.

None of their food is gluten free. The items were sent to a lab to settle the controversy since they advertise as gf but many people have gotten sick. The lab results showed all the bakes good are made with regular gluten filled flour. This is false advertising and they need to remove anything that says gf.

There is no gluten free food at this restaurant. The owners do not understand gluten free. If you have Celiac do not eat at this restaurant. They will tell you it’s gluten free but it is not. We have gotten very sick here!

Owners didn't understand what gluten was and were allowing folks to believe they were GF when they weren't. They've since taken down their GF signs, but many believe it's still GF. Have had negative reactions to their donuts when they were advertised as GF.

NOT GLUTEN FREE!
I previously gave this 5 stars, but sadly can no longer do so. The donuts are definitely not gluten free anymore, and when you try to ask if they are, you get a really shifty/unconvincing answer. I have since heard from someone who had testing done by Bia Diagnostics (company used by Gluten Free Watchdog), and the results came back with a really high gluten content.
Other gluten free bakers in the community have tried educating the owners about gluten and the seriousness of someone with celiac eating them, but they still haven’t stopped trying to claim that they’re GF.
They are delicious donuts, but only if you can eat gluten.

Not gluten free. Please see picture of someone who sent the donuts into a lab with the results showing that they contain wheat. The business is not honest and will say “they are safe for you” when asked if gluten free. So many people have been hospitalized from eating here. Please do not risk it.

I have eaten here often and I am a two gene celiac, and have never been cross contaminated or gotten sick after eating here. They make the best doughnuts and they actually taste like gluten full doughnuts. The flavor is the best I’ve ever tasted. When my celiac children come to town they have to eat here. I bring their doughnuts to my children as gifts!

If you have celiac DO NOT EAT HERE!! My celiac daughter ate donut holes there yesterday (marked as GF) and became incredibly ill within an hour of consuming. Owner not capable of answering questions about any products.

Awesome gluten free pastries! Our family is celiac and gluten sensitive, depending on the members. We moved away from Colorado Springs years ago and enjoy visiting just so we can frequent this establishment. My wife and I enjoyed a donut yesterday and had no adverse reactions 24 hours later. We definitely would have known if any gluten was present. I think some of the low ratings may possibly be from folks overindulging (maybe???). I get it. I haven’t had any doughnuts for years and then want two instead of one. They are super yummy. Better than regular doughnuts in my memory. But have more than one at a time and you won’t feel good-your body isn’t used to it.

I can not believe the amount of “celiacs” on this page claiming this place to be safe. We have tested their donuts several times and it tests so high that I just really am beginning to think that either people are misdiagnosed or just not showing outward symptoms. This place has made many true diagnosed celiacs extremely sick and even several have been hospitalized. This place should be more open about speaking about ingredients to protect the community but they do not and refuse to. This may prompt me to subpoena the information and ultimately lead into an investigation in the near future if our community members continue to get sick at their refusal of the Food Protection Act.

Advertised as gluten free but my husband got so sick that he had to go to the emergency room. The first time we weren't certain that the donuts made him sick so we tried it again months later and the same thing happened. Many others have had the same experience. Good food? Sure. Gluten free? Absolutely not!

The donuts are not celiac safe but are gluten free. A lot of people seem to be getting the two confused. They are made without gluten ingredients but their is contamination
They offer some gluten products, but they are predominately GF. They will use separate utensils for the GF and gluten foods.
The quality is better than most gluten places I have eaten at before becoming allergic. They give a good amount for the price.
This is the best donut shop in Colorado Springs. I have never had a reaction to their food, but to those that have and, rightfully so, complained should remember that this shop is new and has debts.

NOT Gluten Free. My son is a Celiac. He is sick!!!
Good food, but not gluten free.

100% gluten free environment, no frills shop. I thought the donuts were great, I look forward to trying the noodles next.

Amazing donuts! Yummy yummy yummy yummy...
Not for celiacs! Just like all the other reviews say, the donuts are NOT gluten free and made my daughter ill.
No
Their donuts are definitely NOT gluten free and you can never get a straight answer about ingredients. We've contacted the health department about how they're knowingly harming people, but the health dept says there's nothing they can do about it. What?! That's crazy. Do your GI tract a favor and don't risk your health eating here.

NOT GLUTEN FREE - I became sick shortly after eating the donuts!!

I’m celiac and very sensitive. I can eat one donut. If I eat more I get a bit sick. The twist, eclairs and croissants work for me but the apple fritter does not. I think it’s worth a try if you really are missing donuts.
Not clear whether these are really gluten free due to language barrier. They took their gf sign down.
Be careful,. Not a gluten free kitchen. Some very sensitive people have got sick
Gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free donuts, dinner rolls, croissants and Vietnamese lunch and dinner. What a great place! We can eat egg rolls again and never get sick.
Yes
If you ask whether their too-good-to-be-true donuts are REALLY gluten free, their answers are evasive. “Maybe not good for you,” is what she told me yesterday. However, no one I know, even fellow celiacs, have gotten sick from the donuts. It’s perplexing. They must use some kind of Voodoo magic. Yesterday, I felt nauseous after eating half of a donut, but that’s not a typical gluten reaction for me, and it was just as likely the excess fat and sugar that was the culprit. Either way, I am highly suspicious of the place and I would not recommend them simply because I really can’t trust the claim that their donuts are safe.
