First time stopping in to Dorado's. The food was excellent and our waiter was very good as well. Our food was tasty and plentiful. The chips and dip platter was a great choice to start our lunch. Would definitely dine here again in the future.

Tacos, enchiladas, entrees over rice, and salads all available gluten free. There was also a flourless dessert but I didn’t ask if it was gluten free, we didn’t do dessert. Chips are made in a shared fryer though ☹ I was really bummed about that! Also has the best margaritas. Server was great about answering any questions I had. I’ve only eaten here once since getting diagnosed but I did not get sick.

Dorado is wonderful. They pride themselves on being able to make pretty much their entire menu gluten free. The waitstaff is very knowledgeable and I have yet to make a substitution to one of their dishes.
