Dortoni Cream Puff Bakery

They made my wedding cake and it was beyond! I have celiac as do many of the guests I had at my wedding and no one was sick. Not sure about any “daily” offerings but as far as our cake tasting went, they had everything on separate trays for me and my husband. But our venue agreed to have our cake entirely gluten free since I didn’t really want to do a tiny top piece to cut and I wanted all my family to be able to enjoy it.

If you have celiac or significant gluten sensitivity, Dortoni cakes and items are not good for you. At a minimum their gluten free products have gluten cross contamination. We ordered a large cake which was supposed to be gluten free but it was not. My daughter has celiac and we were lucky we used gluten test (nima partners) to check first. Had to throw away the entire cake as we keep our house gluten free. Dortoni manager was informed and also given a cake sample (he asked for it btw). But no one followed up or called us.

The store has only 2 gluten free cookies nothing else us gluten free

They do not have many GF items. I they only have GF pound cake.

They have one loaf cake. That's it. NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY

Found out they have some cookies and some mini pound cakes that are gluten free. I wouldn't say its celiac though since its not made in a separate kitchen. Tastes so good!!
