Easy to order and they assured me the bowl was gluten free. When I got it and it had chips, I made sure they were GF & the server told me their fryer is dedicated GF! The food was so fresh and delicious.
I got a burrito bowl. I had asked to see the allergen sheet because I was gf and they made sure to ask if it was an allergy/celiac and told me they would make sure to avoid cross contamination. They warned it might take longer but honestly it was pretty reasonable wait time. Almost all of their menu is gluten free with the exceptions being the tortillas (no corn option), chili, and brownies. They also have gf churros which were great!
I asked for a burrito bowl gf and they offered to change gloves as well. Looks like most of the menu is gf.

They have a GF fish taco fries in a dedicated fryer. They offered to change gloves and used a different surface. Have been multiple times and love it.
I've been here a couple of times, but this time I was sadly glutened. I did flag a gluten allergy (I have Celiac) and requested a glove change, but I believe the tortilla chips were cross-contaminated. They had run out of bags to put the tortilla chips in that came with taco bowls, so they had been fished out of the box and put into the bags with the rest of the food. I did request a glove change when I noticed this happening, but even with the glove change, it is likely that the entire box ended up contaminated. Between that and slow service each time I have been, I will sadly not be returning.
Had wonderful gf fish tacos! They are lightly battered in a GF batter. Mildly spicy mayo on top. Really good!

They take Gluten allergy serious and change gloves and make sure your food has no gluten in it when ordering

Dos has been a favorite of mine for the over 8 years that I’ve been going there. Recently with their restaurant update they also updated all the protein and veggie options to be gluten free! Just make sure to tell them if you are celiac when ordering and they will make sure to change their gloves and prepare your meal on a safe surface.
The staff is very knowledgeable about allergies and will change gloves, knives, etc. And unlike a lot of other places, they never make you feel like the extra work to keep your food safe is a burden. We eat here every week and I have never gotten sick. But, the best part is the awesome, fresh food.
They don't have a dedicated kitchen. However, they will work with you on gluten and diary allergies.
Atmosphere is more of a takeout place than a restaurant but the food was excellent and they appeared willing to accommodate gluten-free no problem
Good food and did a great job with gluten free. We said my daughter has celiac and without having to asked they told us they'd change gloves, clean the grill. They have GF corn tortillas and their tortilla chips are GF.
Great food! A bit slow for what seemed like a faster moving place. But super nice and accommodating of GF needs.

Their burrito in a bowls are awesome! Also offer tacos and tortilla chips. Lots of options and prices are to die for!
Decent food. However other locations are better quality. Do not get ice. The ice machine had black stuff growing in it
