I love the food here and almost everything is gluten free. The staff is always helpful and knows what is gluten free and what is not.
First time at a Dos Bros. Very good food. Fresh. Guy who did my order didn’t know much about gluten free, but the person next to him did so I had help. No reaction. Will be back
Delicious fast casual Mexican restaurant uses high quality local ingredients w/ vegan, vegetarian & gluten free options. A lot of gluten-free options including Burrito Bowl, Nachos, and Queso Dip. Tasty!! Staff changed gloves as soon as I stayed food allergy.

They were super nice and super accommodating! The only things that have gluten on the menu are the tortillas and the spicy chicken. When I told them I had celiac they said that they could grab all of the ingredients from the back to make sure they weren’t contaminated.
Went there for dinner last night and their menu had gf options.
I wanted to like this place based on the menu; however, the quality of the food is lacking. The service is very good and the staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a reaction—I think to one of the dressings—despite being careful to order gluten-free, so I think that the chain is not as concerned with high-quality food as I would like. “Regular” people should have nothing to complain about. It is similar to Chipotle.
Sadly cross contamination caused serious illness. I’ve tried it twice with the same result.
Daughter with celiac has eaten here several times with no problems. Changed gloves and got her food from the back.
