Great gluten free experience. Waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the needs of individuals with celiac disease. Everything on the menu was clearly labeled as gluten free including the BBQ sauce that was brought to the table. Food was delicious. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant!
Pretty good barbecue, large GF menu, 2 of their 4 BBQ sauces are GF, and they are very careful to avoid cross contamination. For the non-Celiac spouse, the corn bread is awesome. The restaurant has a country western feel. Fun and relaxed and great food.
Staff was incredibly attentive to questions related to allergens, and mentioned that the local Double S Diner is also another facility they own. They have a GF button that the waiter presses when ordering to inform the kitchen, and they put Down wax paper on preparation surfaces to decrease cross-contamination possibilities.2 of the sauces are marked GF, and also do not include milk products. They have multiple GF and Milk free sides. The Wings are smoked, dry with a spice rub. No breading, just like the rest of the meats. Overall a worry free dining perspective. From a Southern boys point of view the BBQ isn't dried out, and flavorful. It's a mix of Memphis dry-rub style and Carolina vinegar based. Quite good for something up North!
This place is known for its amazing gluten free selection, and it's also got a lot of vegetarian options. Pancakes, waffles, English muffins, and toast are among the items I've tried and they are all consistently very good. They use a dedicated part of the grill to prepare all gluten free items.
