A great selection of gluten free goodies. Bit disappointed they don’t make the GF cinnamon scrolls in the weekend as that was what I had my heart set on but next time I’m in Christchurch I’ll make sure I’m there on a weekday! I bought a chilli cheese scone and a sweet muffin to take away, both were delicious!
Excellent cooked breakfast where majority is GF. Cabinet food very impressive
I had the poached eggs on gluten free bagel — best gluten free bagel i have tried thus far! iced almond matcha (they add cinnamon i think to theirs, tastes yummo! don’t normally have it that way). bagel was crispy and warm but soft and easy to eat. also tried the fries and fried chicken — so good!!!
We ordered the skillet hash brown (we subbed out the egg and added bacon). The cooked menu is small but there is also a great range of cabinet food including gluten free cinnamon scrolls. I can't verify the safety of the kitchen but the range of food and staff comfort with allergies was comforting.

One of my favorite places. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free. The food is amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough.
Staff were well educated on Coeliac. All gluten free options are cooked and prepared completely separately. It gave me such peace of mind. I actually felt like a "normal" person ordering whatever I felt like having on the menu, rather than ordering the only thing that is safe for me to eat. Definitely will be visiting again. Thank you for making me feel "normal" 🩷
Al the muffins / scones / slices are gf. So nice to be able to eat a gf cheese scone. Coffee is Allpress and was delicious too. Large amount of the other cabinet food was also gf (though I didn't try it), with gluten toasties etc on the bottom shelf. Highly recommend
So many choices! It is so refreshing to go somewhere where there are so many gluten free baked goods and not just the token one or two offerings. They also have numerous menu offerings for brunch - amazing! I have been here a number of times over the past two years on my trips to Christchurch and it has remained consistently good.
This place is incredible! I’ve had the savory waffle twice and it is amazing. Great bakery selection too. They are very mindful of cross contamination, must try!
I popped in for a coffee and savory muffin and was pleasantly surprised at the options available
The gluten free fried chicken was really good. That’s not a GF offering I come across often. They had lots of variety on the menu clearly marked
Great breakfast! Lots of gf options and a couple df. They even had some gf bakery items!!
I love this place. Not only is the food exceptional (and probably 75% gf) but the staff are wonderful and the coffee is great. The gf scones and muffins are delicious… who knew?

Yummy GF herb/cheese scones, toasted in baking paper to avoid cross contamination, top cabinet of sweet treats also all GF, I found staff were really helpful too.
Best coffee in town, lots of gf cabinet options including gf scones which are delicious! Amazing naturally gf eggs bene as well 😋😋
