Dough’s was fantastic. They offer four types of homemade GF crust, which is unheard of for pizza restaurants. Not sure if it was a separate cooking area, but no GI problems for me. Service and food were excellent as well.
Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Separate kitchen spaces and special pans are used to avoid cross-contamination. They have multiple kinds of gluten free crusts!! Husband and I shared a star-shaped pizza with four different toppings, perfect for a light lunch. (If you’re hungry, you might be able to eat an entire pizza yourself) Update: we liked the pizza so much we went back a second day and had the pepperoni pizza on the turmeric gf dough (there are four kinds of gf dough). It was delicious and hit the spot after a long day of touristing.
Honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve had and it’s my first gluten free one. Several different gluten free bases to choose from too! Staff pointed out the gluten free options right from the start, were impressed.
Several starters were gf, and they now have a choice of three gf pizza bases. Also, although we didn't ask and it wasn't specifically advertised, it looked like the table next to us were drinking gluten free peroni.
