Gf pizzas available. Splitting a pizza and a salad for two people was plenty. Server was knowledgeable about what was GF.
Incredible pizza! I had the GF margarita pizza and added sausage and mushrooms - plus a Mediterranean salad - both were great. My dad even shared the pizza with me and said the crust was great (he doesn’t have celiac). Their Gf pizza is made in a separate oven. When I walked in, the hostess already knew I had celiac from the notes in my open table account and as we were walking to the table, told me they would make sure there was no cross contamination and just to tell the server I had celiac and she’d make sure everything was safe that I ordered. The server was wonderful - she also told us they go through extensive training to learn all the ingredients and how to make sure people with allergies were safe.
They do have a few things marked as gluten free, but she told me it was made in a shared frier, so not celiac safe - so I stayed away from that.
The pizza was very good, though I admit that eating mine while looking at others Detroit style at our table made it seem slightly disappointing. It really shouldn't be, the crust is a lot nicer than most places, certainly better than any place that just uses a frozen commercial crust! Service was excellent.
Best GF pizza I’ve been able to find. I have severe symptomatic celiac so eating out can be hard. They have a separate oven and are attentive to allergies and food restrictions. I get pizza from here often and have never gotten sick. So thankful for this gem!! Would highly recommend.
My little celiac girl is 5 so it’s hard to find children friendly gf meals. The waiter here was awesome. As soon as I said celiac disease she instantly told me what they did in the back and that the pizza would be in its own dedicated oven… thank you!! The crust was actually good and my little girls ate several pieces, I even liked the crust. We will be back and might try another of their gf meal options.
Pizza so good, you’re going to ask to make sure it’s actually GF even after reading the reviews here. I’ve eaten here twice without issue. Pizza is in a separate GF rack. The managers sister in law apparently has celiac and they’re well versed about it. Will definitely be back. Haven’t tried the rotisserie chicken yet either but it is GF as well
My server was knowledgeable about cross contamination and was able to ensure my meal was safe for me!
Their pizza crust was delicious. I didn’t even realize it was gluten free. It tastes like real pizza! And I loved the date/pistachio/prosciutto pizza. SO TASTY. And such a different variety from the basics provided other places.
They have gluten free apps ( hummus and veggies were excellent, could eat the hummus in spoonfuls) and gluten free entrees other than pizza too.
My server also checked for additional allergies and even checked in to make sure my gluten free meal tasted ok. So sweet!
It's kind of a pain to order celiac pizza delivery from this place, but it's worth it. They don't have "gluten free crust" in their ordering system, so you have to just order the "hand tossed" and request gluten free in the notes. We also request gloves change and then call to confirm. They cook GF pizza in a separate oven. Unsure about x-contamination in the toppings.
Wife is mostly an asymptomatic celiac (gets small symptoms like hives if contaminated). She hasn't had an issue here.
The pizza is fantastic and there are lots of fun flavors to chose from. We've really happy this place has a location in Nash, and tries their best to accommodate celiacs.
Delicious! Got the “copper hat” on GF pizza crust. No symptoms after. Taste like real bread! Waitress was kind about notifying of allergy.
Best gf pizza crust I have ever had… staff was so knowledgeable and helpful with answering celiac sage questions. I ordered the butternut squash pizza and the copper branch pizza with a Caesar salad without croutons on the side. I’m super symptomatic and did not get sick!! Love this place, seriously have not had a better gf pizza!!
