The staff is knowledgeable about gluten and gluten-free options and they still make sure to ask and check if unsure about a specific item. I tried to get a few things off of the gluten-free menu, hoping to remove the tempura on the sushi, for instance, to make it gluten free, but they advised me against it because they knew well which other ingredients may have gluten. In sum, they are careful land knowledgeable and it reassured me to eat there.
