As much as I would have loved to have my celiac kids eat pizza here, the dough is NOT 100% gluten free. They said it has low amounts of gluten because of the type of rice/cornmeal flour mix. They were so wonderful explaining it to us so we stayed and had a drink before walking to another place to eat.

This restaurant is an amazing find for Celiacs who cannot get good gluten free pizza in South Florida. Apparently, the dough they use is a southern Italian recipe and is made with a rice flour blend and all of their pizzas are gluten free. We visited at the recommendation of a friend and were delighted. Came back the next day for lunch and had 2 more pizzas. Highly recommend. I tasted 4 pizzas in 24 hours and had zero reaction.
