Dugg Burger

Some of the staff was knowledgeable, others weren't. The person taking our order clearly marked my daughter's tray liner as GF, but the person making burgers plopped a regular bun on the tray, seemed confused when I pointed out we needed a GF bun, and then was even more confused when I asked for a new tray liner because large, visible pieces of the regular bun were left. They have a binder at the counter that lays out the allergens for every ingredient, but since the hamburger seasoning has gluten and had to be left out, my daughter's burger took forever. Her bun didn't look nearly as good as ours. They do have a dedicated fryer for the fries, though, so that was nice. Good food with lots of options for celiacs, but watch them carefully and be prepared for an extra wait.
