Review of Duke's Slickrock Grill

I was a little skeptical of this place but pleasantly found out that they offer a gluten free bun! I had the grilled chicken sandwich that came with mashed potatoes and it was just what I needed after a long day of hiking in Capital Reef National Park. The cornbread was not gf but their water was fire!
